Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

Infrastructure

Our services run on trusted cloud infrastructure providers with SOC 2 compliance. We use multiple availability zones to ensure reliability and uptime.

Authentication

We support secure authentication methods and encourage strong, unique passwords. We never store passwords in plain text.

Payment Security

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Access Control

Access to customer data is strictly limited to employees who need it to do their jobs. We maintain audit logs of data access.

Incident Response

In the unlikely event of a security incident, we have procedures in place to respond quickly, notify affected users, and take corrective action.
