Refund Policy

This policy applies to all BeauMarshal, LLC products including 44, FlipBridge, Suitcase, and MotoDossier. We try to be fair and reasonable.
Subscriptions
Our products are subscription services. If you sign up and decide it is not for you, contact us within the first 30 days and we will refund your payment. No forms. No explanations required.
Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or something did not work the way it should have, reach out and we will take a look.
After 30 Days
After the first 30 days, refunds are handled case by case. We do not hide behind fine print. If something feels off, tell us and we will try to make it right.
Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, but we are always open to a conversation.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through our authorized payment processor back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The charge on your statement may appear under the name of our payment processor rather than BeauMarshal — this is normal.
App Store Purchases
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by Apple or Google respectively. You will need to request a refund through them directly.
