Account Ownership

This policy clarifies who owns what when it comes to accounts and data in our products.

Your Data Is Yours

Any content you create, upload, or store in our products belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We only use it to provide you with the service.

Account Control

The person who creates an account owns and controls that account. If you signed up with your email address, you are the account owner.

Transferring Accounts

We generally do not transfer accounts between users. If you have a specific situation that requires a transfer, contact us and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.

Business Accounts

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, the company or organization owns the account. Make sure you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

What Happens If You Leave

If you cancel your account, you can export your data first. After cancellation, your data remains in our systems for a reasonable period in case you return. If you want it deleted immediately, let us know.

Deceased Users

If an account holder passes away, we will work with verified family members or legal representatives to provide access to account data or close the account, as appropriate.
