How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings in the app, or by emailing us at hello@beaumarshal.com.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but you can continue to use the service until your paid time runs out.

Your Data

When you cancel, your data stays in your account. If you come back later, it will still be there. If you want us to delete your data entirely, just ask and we will remove it from our systems.

App Store Subscriptions

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through them. Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel.

Pausing Instead

If you need a break but do not want to cancel entirely, reach out. We may be able to pause your subscription depending on the product.
